Processing & Shipping Policy
The date of purchase is not counted towards the estimated shipping date.
Example if you order on a Friday,order procession doesn't start til Monday.
Example if you order on a Monday order procession starts next day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and details.
Our turnaround to ship out takes about two to three weeks.
Ship dates are business days only, Monday - Friday.
Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as holiday volumes or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
In case your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the order out again.
Shipping Address change/update:
If your shipping address is incorrect and it’s flagged in our system, we will send a courtesy email for verification. Please respond within 48 hours otherwise you will receive a refund.
Please give us at least 2 (two) business weeks turnaround before inquiring the status of your order.

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
