Returns Policy

Raid Team has a zero return policy. 

For sanitary reasons, we do not do exchanges. 

We will honor orders with any defective screen print or defective merchandise. 

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, promptly contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation and we’ll honor a replacement of your order. 

 

Processing & Shipping Policy

The date of purchase is not counted towards the estimated shipping date. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and details. 

Our turnaround to ship orders takes about two weeks. 

Ship dates are ONLY on business days, Monday - Friday

Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as holiday volumes or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

In case your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the order out again. 

Shipping Address change/update: 

If your shipping address is incorrect and it’s flagged in our system, we will send a courtesy email for verification. Please respond within 48 hours otherwise you will receive a refund. 

Please give us at least 2 (two) business weeks turnaround before inquiring the status of your order. 

Customer service support is available during regular business hours: 

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST 

All emails sent during weekends will be addressed accordingly during the business week.
