I entered the wrong address when I placed my order, is it possible to fix this?
Yes. You have 24 hours to change the shipping address on your order. Please send an email with your order number and updated shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org to make the adjustment.
I didn't get an email order confirmation with my order number, did it go through?
If you notice that you have not received an email confirming your order, chances are, you entered it incorrectly. Also, please be sure to check your spam folders as they may get redirected to spam. We advise you to make sure that you double check all information before submitting your order. If you did not receive an email with your confirmation, send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with your order number for future reference.
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the description box upon ordering. You will receive an email with tracking information as well. All products ship via USPS.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, however, we would prefer that you provide an alternate address as there may be a delay and/or the possibility of your order being lost in transit.
I didn't receive my order, can this be fixed?
Yes. If your order was lost in transit or there was a system error, we will gladly refund you or provide you with a code to use for your purchase. Refunds may take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reflect in your account via your bank and/or PayPal.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you realize you made an error with size, you have 24 hours from the moment the order was placed to make changes. Otherwise, you will be shipped what you ordered. However, situations may vary. If you're unsure, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Full refunds will be given as long as the orders were placed within a 24 hour period from the time the order was placed and cancelled. Refunds may take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reflect in your account via your bank and/or Paypal. To request a refund, email email@example.com.
